HOT LUNCHES ARE BACK!

HOT LUNCHES are BACK and NOW OPEN!
CLOSES OCTOBER 1st!
- Click on the ‘Register’ menu tab at the top-right corner to sign up.
- Make note, that each year you must register.
Our Access Code is: ALCHL
- Once registered, you will be logged into the website.
- Add the students by clicking on the ‘Students’ button or the ‘Profile’ menu tab.
- Proceed to place your lunch orders by clicking the ‘Order’ button below each child’s name.
- Lunch orders are "linked", you can only order the same thing from each supplier per term.
- Payment options are online only; we will not be accepting cash or cheque payments.
- Orders must be placed by the deadline OCTOBER 1st at midnight, no exceptions.
- No refunds for students who are absent from school on a lunch day for any reason – this includes school organized activities such as sports and field trips. Thank-you for your understanding.
- If your child will be absent on a lunch day, you can call or email the office before 10:30 am and have their lunch given to a sibling ONLY. Or it can be held in the office for pick up after 11:20 am that day. Shuffling lunches around the school makes a lot of work for volunteers and teachers.
- Parent council maintains a “snack stash” in case of a forgotten or spilled lunch. The office staff can help make sure that your student has enough to eat.
Each session will run from Oct-Dec, Jan-Mar, Apr-June
Watch for the updates here and in our Friday Messages, the window to sign up is very quick and there are no exceptions after the last day to sign up.
VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED: Please reach out to Parent Council to help with these days. Without volunteers, this would not be available to our students. Consider even if it's once or twice a month! Please reach out to alclunchcoordinator@gmail.com if you'd like to volunteer.
REMINDER: IF school buses are cancelled, Hot lunch will be rescheduled to an alternate day and will be communicated.
REMINDER: Hot lunch is only 1 meal for your child in the morning on that day. You will still need to send snacks for your child's day.
We would like to thank you for supporting this school fundraiser. The lunch program is the single biggest fundraiser organized by your school council. Funds from this program go to classroom improvements such as smart boards and playground enhancements. This fundraiser is generously supported by the cooperation of all our suppliers.
