About Us

ALC’S School Council is formed from a group of volunteers that meet once a month to discuss topics that involve A. Lorne Cassidy Elementary School. It is an opportunity to develop a partnership between parents and the school. Each volunteer is a parent or guardian of a student enrolled at this school.

Additional members include the school Principal and/or Vice-Principal, one teacher elected by their peers, one administrative/support staff elected by their peers, and one community representative appointed by the Council.
