Tuesday Morning Minutes April 6th, 2021
Posted on 04/06/2021

Dear ALC Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to this week’s Tuesday Morning message. A reminder that next week is our rescheduled March break and that school will not be in session from April 12 - 16 and we will not be sending out an MMM next week. The next MMM is scheduled for the morning of Monday, April 19th, the first day back after the break.

Daily COVID Student Assessment and monitoring for symptoms of COVID-19

Parents and guardians must complete the Ottawa Public Health (OPH) COVID self-assessment for every student before leaving home each day.

Anyone with symptoms must stay home and follow public health directives about testing.  This step is key to helping keep the virus out of the school.  Please take the time to thoroughly review the screening tool with your child each morning, and follow the directions provided by Ottawa Public Health.

With case numbers on the rise in the city and the province, and a confirmed case in the ALC community, your efforts in this area are even more important than ever; we thank you for your continued vigilance in screening your children every morning and keeping them home if/when they show possible symptoms.
