Welcome to the last Monday Morning Message of the 2020 calendar year. On behalf of the entire staff and School Council, we would like to thank you for your generous support of our sister school, Carleton Heights. Your donations of Walmart and PC gift cards over the past few weeks will help many CH families in need during the holiday season. As this will be the last MMM of 2020, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish the entire ALC community happy holidays and best wishes for a happy and healthy 2021.
Daily COVID Student Assessment
Parents and guardians are to complete the Ottawa Public Health (OPH) COVID self-assessment for every student before leaving home each day.

This step is key to helping keep the virus out of the school. Please take the time to thoroughly review the screening tool with your child each morning, and follow the directions provided by Ottawa Public Health.
Please fill in the following Attestation Form before sending the children back to school after any illness or testing.

All ALC staff and students are invited to participate in this week’s spirit days as below. Spirit days are meant to be fun, not stressful or costly. Think reuse and recycle!

School-Based Preparations for the Holiday Break
Staff will be reminding students to bring all of their personal belongings home for the holiday break, including their indoor shoes, in the event of an unexpected closure in January.
