Ordering is open for the school lunch program! Lunches available from JoJo's Pizza, Subway and Boston Pizza. Popcorn Fridays from Kernels popcorn. Please see all the details and register on the ordering site.
I am also looking for volunteers! Help out with this important fundraiser, it takes about 1 to 1.5 hours on Monday or Friday mornings on the lunch days. With a bunch of volunteers you would only need to come in 1 or 2 times a month!

HOW TO ORDER
- Go to http://alc.hotlunches.net
- Click on the ‘Register’ menu tab at the top-right corner to sign up.
Our Access Code is: ALCHL
- Once registered, you will be logged into the website.
- Add the students by clicking on the ‘Students’ button or the ‘Profile’ menu tab.
- Proceed to place your lunch orders by clicking the ‘Order’ button below each child’s name.
- Payment options are online only; we will not be accepting cash or cheque payments.
- Orders must be placed by the deadline March 10th at 11 pm
- No refunds for students who are absent from school on a lunch day for any reason – this includes school organized activities such as sports and field trips. Thank-you for your understanding.
- If your child will be absent on a lunch day, you can call or email the office and have their lunch given to a sibling ONLY. Or it can be held in the office for pick up later in the day. Shuffling lunches around the school makes a lot of work for volunteers and teachers.
- Parent council maintains a “snack stash” in case of a forgotten or spilled lunch. The office staff can help make sure that your student has enough to eat – no need to panic and post on facebook!
Important Lunch Program details:
- In the event of a “Snow Day”, the Lunch Program will be delivered on another day in the same week depending on the schedules of our lunch providers.
- You will receive an email reminder of the lunches for the week on Sunday.
- Descriptions of all of the options offered are on the website
- The items you order will STAY THE SAME for this term
- your student does not need to be verified - go ahead and place your order once they are added
- Please direct your child(ren) to go and see the volunteers in the rotunda if there is ANY problem with their lunch – it is much easier to deal with errors at the time, and there are always extras
We would like to thank you for supporting this school fundraiser. The lunch program is the single biggest fundraiser organized by your school council. Funds from this program go to classroom improvements such as smart boards and playground enhancements such as the new kindergarten play structure. This fundraiser is generously supported by the cooperation of all our suppliers.
